10+ locations managed, 3 launched

Impact Health was expanding across Alberta, and every new clinic added another layer of coordination. This was not a simple ad account. It was a growing network of locations, teams, content needs, patient flows, and local markets.

The challenge.

Each clinic needed to feel local without fragmenting the brand. New locations had to launch with awareness, booking demand, content, CRM coordination, and staff alignment already in motion. If one piece lagged, the launch felt slow on the ground.

The Impact Health Lethbridge online booking page in Jane
Jane runs booking, patient records, and reminders. We set it up and connected it to the marketing, so every campaign ends in a booked appointment.

What we did.

  • →Managed marketing for the franchise as one connected brand, across clinics with their own local labels
  • →Set up Jane as the clinics' CRM and online booking system, and integrated it with marketing and lead flow
  • →Opened the Lethbridge clinic end to end: launch plan, local campaigns, online booking, and team coordination
  • →Built launch campaigns for new locations
  • →Created visual marketing kits and produced photo and video content
  • →Kept leadership, marketing, and on-site teams aligned
  • →Ran paid lead generation and tuned campaigns to local booking behaviour

Impact Health Lethbridge, 3010 32 St S: a clinic we opened end to end, from launch plan to the first booked patients.

The result.

We support marketing across 10+ clinics and launched three, including the Lethbridge location, which we opened end to end. With booking running through Jane, campaigns lead straight to appointments, and new clinics reached strong booking demand in their first months because marketing was part of the launch, not bolted on afterwards.

What it proves.

Healthcare and franchise work rewards coordination. The content, ads, CRM, patient journey, approvals, and local team all need to move at the same time. That is where we are useful.
